Wellman Creek Overview
Some units have wrap-around-porch and mountain views to the Flatirons. They have beautifully landscaped patios and it is located in a very quiet side of town away from the party scene. The community earned the Gold award in 2000 for best new community in the nation.
Main Pros and Cons
Very quiet and charming town homes, right across the street from East CU Campus Research Park. One of the downsides would be the lack of restaurants or places to go nearby.
